With over a decade of experience, Attorney Sabrina Schroeder founded Sahale Immigration Law to guide individuals, employers, and families through the complex and dynamic U.S. immigration law landscape.
Prior to founding Sahale Immigration Law, Attorney Schroeder worked for Foster LLP, a leading immigration law firm dedicated to helping employers and individuals obtain work visas and permanent residence worldwide. There she advised and delivered solutions to individuals and employers of all sizes, including SMEs, major multinational corporations, and educational institutions, on U.S. immigration law including I-140, PERM, PERM Special Handling, O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, Diversity Visa, Adjustment of Status (I-485) and consular processing issues. In addition, she advised and delivered solutions to families on U.S. immigration law including I-130, K-1 and I-751.
Previously Attorney Schroeder worked at the boutique law firm Liu & Associates, PLLC primarily in employment-based immigration, with a focus on EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-1B (Outstanding Researcher/Professor), and NIW (National Interest Waiver) cases.
Prior to receiving her law degree, Attorney Schroeder worked as a Program Manager for Colleagues International designing and administering exchange programs such as the International Visitor Leadership, Open World and Community Connections programs for the U.S. Department of State and other sponsoring organizations as well as worked as a Graduate College Admissions Officer for Oklahoma State University.
In her spare time, you can find Attorney Schroeder enjoying the great outdoors hiking, backpacking, rock climbing and mountaineering.
Attorney Schroeder is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan. Practice exclusively focused on federal U.S. immigration and nationality law.
